Felderman regularly represents buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, working everything from residential to 1031 exchanges to commercial leases and sales to historic properties, residential relocation, and renting to LGBT and military clients. He was a certified general real estate appraiser in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois for about four decades. He was previously a certified home inspector and certified environmental inspector. Bob now works primarily with real estate buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in Dubuque, Iowa.

Bob's foray into photography began in earnest upon his return to Dubuque in 2010 when he was tasked with capturing entertainment events for a regional magazine. Armed with only a pocket camera initially, Bob's talent quickly caught the eye of magazine editors, propelling him into the realm of professional photography.
