We met Bob Knauss a few years ago when we were looking for a lot to build our new house. We got in touch with Bob and he answered all our questions and if he didn't have the answer he found it. Bob is very easy to communicate with and is very intelligent in the real estate world. We worked with Bob over the course of several years to find a second home in Chelan. As we searched, we had difficulty finding just the right home. On several occasions as we searched, Bob gently suggested that we instead purchase a lot and build exactly what we wanted. After no success in finding a house, we finally took Bob’s advice, found a lot through Bob and have subsequently built our Chelan home.
