Bob has worked with my husband and I on buying and selling house. Not only does he help get you the house that’s best for you, but he also gets you in touch with the best people to finance with or to help get things checked off on your inspection. Having Bob Kuykendall as your realtor, stacks the deck in your favor for buying or selling your house. We were only able to give Bob 5 stars, but he deserves 10! Bob is super nice and thorough. We lived in Oregon and wanted to move Alabama. Despite us forgetting about the time zone change a couple of times, Bob ALWAYS answered his phone or called back within 5 minutes of having missed our call. Once we put our offer in on the two houses we wanted to buy, Bob was instrumental in orchestrating getting all of the needed inspections done. We really cannot say enough good things about Bob.

The first time I spoke to Bob was 3 minutes after I requested to speak to a realtor. It was a Saturday afternoon, on his birthday, and he was out of town. Almost 2 years later and he still answers with the same sense of urgency. Great realtor!

After selling my sisters home and hearing how her experience was with Bob I knew I had to call him when it came time to list my home. Bob is professional and extremely attentive, he knows the market well and actually listed and sold our home for 40k more than I anticipated. But he went several step above and beyond, he actually found my wife and I a rental house and even let me put some furniture in his personal storage . We could not have asked for more out of an agent .

We were referred to Bob by a friend that had used him. She had nothing but good to say about him and we were not disappointed. Mr. Kuykendall is available when you need him and kept us informed about everything that was going on during the whole process. He is well connected with contractors and arranged to have the things taken care of that were needed to successfully market the house. I live 100 miles away from the property he help us sale. I can't imagine how many trips he saved me.
Bob is a tireless advocate. He represented us well and made sure nothing stood in the way of closing our deal. I'd hire him again.

Bob is THE BEST realtor you will ever use! I could send him 5 houses in one day and he’d somehow manage to show them all! He was so honest and would drive all over to show me any house i wanted to look at. Bob would send me listings he’d find that he thought i’d like.
