I'm a Southern Indiana native, born and raised right here in the community I love — and honestly, there's nowhere else I'd rather be. After more than two decades in real estate, I still wake up excited about what I do. Helping people buy and sell homes isn't just a career for me, it's genuinely one of my favorite things in life.

I've been a licensed REALTOR® and Broker since 2001, and over the years I've built a reputation as one of the top producers in this market — consistently ranking in the top 10% of agents in the area. I'm licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky, and I'm proud to be a member of the Southern Indiana REALTORS® Association, the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS®, the Bloomington Board of REALTORS®, and the Metro Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®. I've had the honor of serving the Southern Indiana REALTORS® Association in just about every capacity imaginable — including as President and Chairman of the Board — and I remain active as a director today. Giving back to the profession and helping raise the bar for all of us in this industry matters deeply to me.

But here's what really drives me: people. Every transaction represents one of the biggest financial decisions of someone's life, and I take that seriously. I work hard, I fight for my clients, and I treat every person I work with like a close friend — not just a customer. That personal relationship? It goes a long way.

When I'm not helping folks buy or sell, you'll probably find me out on a hiking trail, lost in some good music (I love it all — country, rock, jazz, you name it), or doing my absolute favorite thing — spending time with my three kids and seven grandchildren, all of whom live right here in the area. That's what this community means to me. It's not just where I work. It's home.
