Bobbi Jo Barnes is very professional, hard working, kind, just a phone call or text away, knowledgeable, honest and personable. She was very enthusiastic to work with us even though we were just renting. We were moving here from California to relocate our family. We came into town over a weekend in December and she hade 4 to 5 places for us to view. She listened to what we wanted in a home to rent. She found us several houses to rent but we settled on one and we love it. My husband and I feel very confident in hiring Bobbi Jo to find us a house to buy in the next year!

I can’t say enough about Bobbi Jo!! As a Realtor she is very knowledgeable and was great at listening to what I was looking for and was very responsive in the current fast market. She was excited for me and with me when I was excited about a house. She kept me grounded in reality about what I did or didn’t want to get into. She also went practically all over middle Tennessee with me. It was like buying a house with my best friend that also happened to be a licensed Realtor. She’s not just trying to help you find a house. She cares about your entire experience and you as a person. Such a difference! I am incredibly grateful that she was recommended to me and happily recommend her without hesitation whenever I get the chance. And I look forward to working with her again when I start the search for my next house!

Bobbi Jo is the absolute best real estate agent in the business! I was an out of town buyer looking for a place here in Nashville. On two occasions, over two years, she was kind enough to pick me up at the airport and drive me all over town to look at dozens of houses. Bobbi Jo went above and beyond our expectations. She did a thorough job from start to finish. From helping us declutter and pack, to delivering a storage unit, to updating the look of our home, she thought of everything to ensure our home was ready to sell and attractive to buyers. She walked us through the mounds of paperwork, answered numerous questions via phone calls, emails and texts, and made herself available to help at the drop of a hat.

Not only did Bobbi Jo sell our house, she helped us find our new home. She sent us updated sales listings and met us on several occasions to tour house after house. Once we found our new home, she offered expert advice on our offer and what we should ask of the seller. Bobbi Jo even greeted the movers at our new home after our closing, so we could take care of last minute business.
