I was introduced to Bobbi through my lender after my previous agent somewhat disappeared. I truly believe it was all meant to be! I was looking for a landing spot in MD since I live abroad 5 months out of the year. I saw a property while I was traveling and had to jump on it. My wife and I selected Bobbi Prescott for two separate home sales and new purchases. For both a sale and purchase, it is critical that your real estate agent not only knows the real estate rules, market timing, points to take into consideration (such as repairs prior to listing), offers/counteroffers but, more importantly, listens to their seller/buyer client.
Bobbi is up front, and she works extremely hard for her clients. I truly have so many heart-warming stories about Bobbi, and I will share one in this review. We were having a challenging time selling our house, and a great offer came which we accepted. Bobbi called me up when I was driving to work on Friday the 13th and said, “Are you superstitious?”. I said no, and Bobbi told me that the deal fell through (a separate story). I laughed since I was not worried about selling the house, and Bobbi had a contract on it the following week (which went through).
The bottom line is that Bobbi is not just a realtor but also a friend. I trust her guidance, but the ultimate decisions are with the client. Bobbi Prescott is a five-star realtor (5/5) in my books.

Bobbi is an outstanding relator and is very attentive to her clients. Lines of communication were always open and texts and emails were always responded to within that day. We hit a few bumps in the beginning of the listing but we worked with each other to get the right price and the house sold within the first couple of days being relisted on the market. Bobbi also put us in touch with another relator in the area we were moving to and we found a house on our first day looking. Bobbi worked to get the closing done quickly for us so we could purchase the other house in another state quickly. She gave us feedback on how we could improve our townhouse in order to sell it and kept us in line by giving us deadlines which made us really motivated to keep ball going. We recently bought our house with Redfin; this saved us a bit of money but it only worked because we already knew the area and have gone through several closings due to frequent moves. We have used Bobbi on two different occasions. She is amazing and uses the most current technology to utilize every means available to get the house sold or find a new listing within the given parameters as soon as they hit the market.
The house we just bought was stressful since we only had a few days to find one and fly back across country. She called around to see if any houses were potentially coming on the market and found us a great house while hooking us up with painters and floor people too. I can not say enough about the service we received from Bobbi and her team!! When we realized we had the opportunity to move back to WA to be closer to family, we found ourselves in need of a realtor to help us sell our two year old, custom built home. From the moment I first made the call to her office, I was always treated with respect and courtesy. Phone calls and emails were always returned promptly and questions were responded to with patience, even when the questions may have been routine for people in the business.
We actually interviewed three separate realtors, all from different companies. Though I hit it off with two of them (one of those being Bobbi), it came down to Bobbi's track record of selling houses quickly and for top dollar. She knew where to spend money to advertise and market our home and because of her long time connection in the community, she had the network of people to really get the word out where it could be the most effective. Thankfully our house was in a condition that it didn't need staging or decluttering, but with Bobbi's eye for design and style, I encourage future sellers to really listen to her advise on how to get your house ready to present it's best self and lean on her when it comes time to negotiate. Her advise saved us money and time when we were willing to just give things away. I can only imagine that she would be equally as tough a negotiator when representing buyers as well.
End result was that our house sold in two weeks for $2k over asking!!! We were thrilled!!

I learned about Bobbi Prescott by searching online for highly rated Real Estate agents in the Frederick area. We were interested in selling our property as I approached retirement from my position as a federal Program Manager.
