Bobbie went WAYYY above and beyond for my clients! Not only was she an exceptional agent to work with she was also the seller and made the whole transaction easy and pleasant for my buyers. Talk about leaving a house in pristine condition after moving out! Everyone should take a lesson from Bobbie on how to be an ideal seller. I hope I get to do another deal with her soon, it is truly a blessing to work with such a competent and generous agent on the other side of a deal!

We were lucky enough to find Bobbie Caruthers on line when we were looking to move from Illinois to Missouri last October. She responded immediately to a question we had regarding a property. She found multiple listings for us to see at a time and worked with our schedule of traveling back and forth 6 hours. She was quick to respond to all emails and phone calls and we did find the home we were looking for through her. She was very helpful during the closing process and continues, to this day, to check in and make sure things are getting taken care of with our builder. She's been a Godsend and fountain of information from recommending an electrician and where to get our taxes done! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Bobbie.

Bobbie is Awesome! She helped us out greatly as it had been 20 years since we bought our last house. My husband, Mike, and I are extremely happy with having Bobbie Caruthers as our real estate agent. Moving from Florissant, MO to Lincoln County, MO her knowledge of the area was very helpful and we found what we were looking for!!
