The Austin market seems to be one of the hottest at this time and the main reason you need someone who knows every beat of the market, provides great feedback, works with you as a team and guide/motivate you when needed. We moved from Seattle and we had little knowledge of how to get our dream house. This was our second home buying experience, but it was less stressful and we enjoyed it; all thanks to Bobby.
Pros: - Bobby ensures clients get the best value in town. We closed the deal lower than the listed price in one of the hottest areas and within 4 days of the listing(very rare). It is his ability to pull strings and get things done that matters in such cases. - Bobby is always available. There was an instance, we went to view a property around 10:00am in the morning thinking we were going to put in an offer that morning itself. A last minute call to Bobby in the morning, and he was at the site in his shorts to ensure we were not late. - Bobby provides insights at the right time and it matters, he is never pushy. We zeroed in on a house and was about to put an offer, and he gave a hint about road noise and roads being on two sides; it was more like a hint and his views. The house remained on the market for another month, indicating he has great insights.
Overall, Bobby is easy to work with, knows what the customer wants, guides the customer, and ensures they get the best. He is always available and of immense value as your Real Estate Agent or more, a partner who can guide you. Bobby is a realtor who always understand our needs and help us to find the most suitable house. He never pushed us to buy a house which are not satisfactory according to our needs, he patiently listened to us and clarified all our doubts. I personally feel Bobby is a person who is more concerned about our satisfaction than closing the business and get his commission. He taught me how to decide on the price of a house in an area we were new. He helped me to get a house with a less than listing price in a market where houses are going far above the listing price with multiple bids/offers. I always value his suggestions and advice when looking for a house.. I believe Bobby will be a great help for anyone looking for a house in Austin area

We are from CA and wanted to invest in Austin for our future. Got couple of references from our relative. For some reason we felt comfortable with Bobby and decided to take his help. He has been very prompt in answering our concerns and guide us with his advice in looking for the correct property. Without his help we could have not managed to buy a house in Austin. His approach to renting the property also we liked and he managed to rent the house within one week. He is very professional and his company name suits for his work ethics. If you want to buy/rent a property I would consider Bobby first before think of anyone else in Austin. He also has good team working for him which is equally important when you are in trouble. One of our close friend recommended Bobby to us when we were in the midst of negotiation with the builder. Bobby helped us to navigate the rough seas of negotiation with the builder and helped to secure the lot. He had energy, drive and desire to help. My move to Austin, Texas was a planned one and before moving to Austin, I want to buy a home so I can move in directly to my new home avoiding another move if I had to rent a home. I was referred to Bobby by a friend and I can tell you I couldn't be happier with him. He was very helpful, trying to find a home, research for me and even visit the house without me being present in Austin (I was in CA). The over all experience of buying home was just awesome.
