The Austin market seems to be one of the hottest at this time and the main reason you need someone who knows every beat of the market, provides great feedback, works with you as a team and guide/motivate you when needed. Bobby Mathew is someone we would highly recommend and hands down one of the best Real Estate agents we have worked with. We moved from Seattle and we had little knowledge of how to get our dream house. This was our second home buying experience, but it was less stressful and we enjoyed it; all thanks to Bobby.
Pros: - Bobby ensures clients get the best value in town. We closed the deal lower than the listed price in one of the hottest areas and within 4 days of the listing(very rare). It is his ability to pull strings and get things done that matters in such cases. - Bobby is always available. There was an instance, we went to view a property around 10:00am in the morning thinking we were going to put in an offer that morning itself. A last minute call to Bobby in the morning, and he was at the site in his shorts to ensure we were not late. - Bobby provides insights at the right time and it matters, he is never pushy. We zeroed in on a house and was about to put an offer, and he gave a hint about road noise and roads being on two sides; it was more like a hint and his views. The house remained on the market for another month, indicating he has great insights.
