Bonnie Black was, in every sense of the word, an OUTSTANDING advocate (realtor) for us. She regularly went the extra mile. She showed us multiple properties and very often she would video the property (with great narration) and email them to us since we lived out of state.
Bonnie is very personable and professional. She always responded in a very timely way. We would not hesitate to give Bonnie our highest recommendation! She is an excellent realtor. You will not be disappointed.

This is the 3rd time I've had homes listed with Bonnie. She will always be there to handle your questions and issues. I was particularly impressed with the care she took in the Covid environment to keep us safe, insisting that folks wear masks and wiping off surfaces for us. She makes the effort to familiarize herself with the assets of your home and highlights them. She knows the competition and how to market both for the local market and out-of-staters. She will give you an honest opinion and then meet and exceed your expectations. I would heartily endorse her.
