Bonnie is the best realtor in the world...... got the first house we wanted with seamless ease! Bonnie went above and beyond the call of duty, picking my husband up at the airport and his dog, putting supplies in the house until our furniture arrived and I could go on and on! Anyone in Tennessee should use Bonnie and no other! Also keep in mind out home purchase was a cross country move, so Bonnie had to be the one to insure us of a good neighborhood and that the house was nice. I could not have been happier with Bonnie. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the Nashville market. As a first time home-buyer with a small budget, most real estate agents didn't even bother to follow up with me, or if they did they immediately asked me to sign a contract ensuring that they would be paid for their time. Bonnie on the other hand, never even broached the subject of a commission and drove all around the city house-hunting with me on weekends and evenings and immediately responded to any questions I had regardless of the time of day.
