Bonnie is a native Houstonian with more than 20 years of experience guiding clients through complex, high-stakes transactions with care, clarity, and strong advocacy. After a successful 15+ year career in executive software sales—where listening, negotiating, and moving transactions forward were critical—she transitioned into real estate to apply that same strategic skill set in a more personal, service-driven capacity.

Bonnie has been awarded a top performer in her firm for the last 8 years and in 2025 earned the Legacy Award with national firm, Realty of America. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has earned Guild Member status with the national Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. In recent years she has had the honor of working with a number of families needing assistance with probate properties. This inspired her to become a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. Probate sales require more than just market knowledge; they demand patience, organization, and a deep understanding of court timelines, fiduciary responsibilities, and the need for transparency.
