Bonnie Geer

As a Charleston native and long time resident south of Broad, Bonnie is passionate about her community and sharing the Lowcountry lifestyle with her clients. She has an undeniably strong work ethic that she learned at an early age working at her family's retail business on lower King Street in downtown Charleston.

Bonnie is a seasoned sales professional and has been buying and selling real estate for more than 26 years. Known as a local resource and Charleston expert, she was featured on the popular TV show Places and Spaces that airs on NECN (New England Cable News). This lifestyle program takes viewers on a tour of the Lowcountry and focuses on real estate, design, architecture and community.

Bonnie appreciates and understands the importance of finding the right home to fit her clients' lifestyle and enjoys transforming houses with potential to suit their individual needs. Bonnie and her husband, a successful commercial real estate developer, have renovated seven homes for their own family. Her in depth knowledge of the community, background in marketing and extensive network of lifelong connections will help you buy or sell your Charleston home quickly.

Bonnie and her husband have two children and currently reside in downtown Charleston. She is a graduate of Charleston Day School, Porter-Gaud School and the University of Georgia. Bonnie is actively involved in the Porter-Gaud Alumni board, Charleston Parks Conservancy, the Gibbes Museum and the Charleston Library Society.
