Whether you are new to the area, or, like Bonnie, have lived in the area for many years, feel comfortable knowing she was raised in South Bend, knows the area well and has been working with buyers and seller for 20 years. Having graduated from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana with a degree in Business Economics, Bonnie has a long-term perspective of South Bend both as a young person growing up in the area, as well as a parent and businessperson, working and living in her neck of the woods.
Bonnie has had the privilege of raising two wonderful children right here in this fantastic community, as well. One of her children has special needs, which has given her unique insight into the resources and local services available for other such families. Additionally, she has devoted many years to local volunteer organizations and community boards of directors.
After experiencing the transition to "empty nester" firsthand, Bonnie came to understand the unique circumstances and issues involved. Therefore, in order to more effectively work with those in similar situations, she obtained her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation which provided her with the knowledge and experience to counsel more senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
Bonnie believes her business philosophy could best be summed up as a service oriented real estate professional who is responsive and available to answer your questions or service your unique set of needs.
