Working with Bonnie and her team turned a painful process into a streamlined process. Everyone she brought to the table were professional, helpful, and personable. Obviously, buying a home can be a complicated and complex process, but Bonnie always had the flexibility to handle whatever sprang up with multiple options or avenues to take. Bonnie was amazing. Everyone said I couldn't buy and to rent another year. Bonnie found me a great house a 20 minute commute from my work within a week. Her finance company got my credit above what was necessary and we closed within a month. Not only that she can look at a house and let you know the pros and cons. She knows what to avoid and will let you know why. Inspectors for the home water and septic were informative and helpful. When doing the final walk through she was able to point out several things that were removed that should not have been and have seller replace them. If you want a top notch realtor who will bend over backwards and be quick and efficient then she is the lady for you
