Joanne and I first met Bonnie in 2018 while looking for that “special” condo and we have been in contact ever since. She has in fact become our real estate “guru”. Always responsive when we called, always keeping us in her thoughts when new condo’s came up, and always available when we saw something that peeked our interest. Although we came close on a number of occasion’s we never quite found the prize and ultimately chose to build one new. When it came time to sell our present ranch home, we selected Bonnie to represent us in finding a new owner. As always, Bonnie did a spectacular job in guiding us through the preparation for sale and listing of our property. Our home ultimately sold in less than a week, with an abundance of interest, and for more than asking price. Joanne and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bonnie Showerman to family, friends and acquaintances for all your real estate needs… Bonnie is always pleasant, always available, and always has your best interest in mind. Bonnie is an amazing person to work with. She did a great job with marketing the property in many different platforms which allowed us to have multiple offers to review and decide between - many of which were over the asking price. Once the contract was signed, Bonnie continuously worked diligently to make sure everyone related in the transaction was doing what they needed to do in order to get to the closing day on time. She is consistently extremely responsive in all requests. Bonnie exceeded our expectations.

Bonnie’s connections and expertise are the only reasons why we got the house we did. We went up against 70 showings and 11 other bids in a three day period, and Bonnie’s communication with the seller’s agent is what put us over the top. She’s a joy to be around, she never makes you feel pressured to do anything you’re uncomfortable with, and she treats you like she would her own family. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, and Bonnie was kind and helpful through the whole process. We could not recommend her any higher! Bonnie is the best!!
