As a first time home buyers you have lots of reservations, fears and worries. I can say from the moment we walked in the open house until the moment we walked out of the closing attorneys office we were fully and completely satisfied!! We never felt pressured, everything was on our go we controlled the terms in our buy. Bonnie went out of her way to make sure that our needs were met and that any questions we had were answered fully and completely to our satisfaction. There was never a time we couldn't call or text her, we never had a "in the dark" feeling about any part of the buying process. I can't speak for anyone else, but I am truly speaking from a place of pure happiness, WE HAD THE BEST, MOST SATISFYING, EASY, INFORMATIVE, home buying process that any buyer could ask for. Bonnie Sokolowski is absolutely amazing!!! I am moving from out of state and Bonnie was so attentive and showed me several houses via video chat. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me listings and scheduled showings immediately. This is an extremely tough buyers market and Bonnie was so helpful in the offering process and found me the perfect home with the amenities that I wanted. And more importantly in my price range!! She attended all the inspections and had everything done in such a timely matter. Highly recommend Bonnie for buying and selling your home! Simply amazing!!!

Update: I moved in to my house last month. Bonnie worked amazingly hard to find the right home for us. She made sure she knew what was important for us. I am extremely happy. I plan to upgrade to a larger home in about 5 years and will definitely use her.

We haven’t bought from her yet as she just showed us houses today but this woman is awesome. She is fast to get back to you and knows her stuff. She was honest and realistic with us. My budget is limited and I am using an FHA loan. She was able to tell us what would and wouldn’t be a problem. She gave us a lot of valuable insight that our previous agent didn’t. She worked her butt off for these 5 stars.
