About Bonnie
Bonnie attended college in the Midwest but has lived in San Francisco for more than three decades, working between the city and Petaluma. She is a 28-year industry veteran specializing in pre-1926 architecture, priding herself on her knowledge of Victorian architecture. Currently, Bonnie lives in an 1893 Victorian home and enjoys restoring it in her free time.
Bonnie has two bachelor’s degrees, one in psychology and one in communications with business and English literature minors. She is a graduate of luxury sales class and the sales mastery program.
Since she was young, Bonnie always knew she wanted to live in The Golden City. She loves the thriving street scene––artists, performers, parades, food trucks, and music are always accessible––the world-class culinary scene and the range of entertainment, from avant-garde performances to more classical entertainment. Best of all, it is all packaged in an accessible 7-x-7-mile grid.
Bonnie bought her first house as a single woman at just 23-years-old. She has owned, loved, and refurbished countless homes throughout her life, encouraging her to further her education and get her license in 1993. Even after 30 years in the business, Bonnie still finds the industry fascinating as things constantly change with the laws, interest rates, and market trends.
There are recent problems to solve and fascinating clients to meet and assist. Bonnie’s tenacious, driven attitude and creativity make her an excellent agent. Not only does she have a unique background, but she is also resourceful and energetic, always on the move and seeking new ways to make her client’s lives easier.
A committed member of her community, Bonnie serves on the San Francisco Zen Center’s development committee. She has also worked on the boards of the Sunset Beacon Center and the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, in addition to being the president of the Alamo Square and Victorian Alliance. She enjoys rock climbing, scuba diving, swimming, winter sports, and spending time with her Great Dane.
