About Bonnie

Being a real estate agent is more than a job to me. It is a passion. As a Lic. Associate Broker in NY & CT I find great joy in meeting new people and sharing my knowledge of the Westchester County market and communities with buyers and sellers. Because I keep my ear to the ground and am constantly networking with lenders, contractors, attorneys, appraisers and other agents, I am able to offer information and valuable resources to my clients that are otherwise not readily available to them. Personal satisfaction only comes after my clients walk away from the closing table with a smile after a successful and seamless transaction.

I have enjoyed a 25-year career in sales and marketing, and I now use those skills daily. The secret to my success in real estate is simple: I am a hard worker, a skilled communicator and a very good listener. Whether assisting empty nesters selling their home or first-time homebuyers, I take a proactive approach by anticipating their individual needs and doing my best to make the experience a stress-free and positive one.

For buyers, I protect their interests by equipping them with complete and current market data, and present details in a way that is clear and concise, but not overwhelming. For sellers, I am by their side during every phase of marketing, from staging a home to creating distinctive brochures, hosting open houses or contacting potential buyers. I use my skills as a Certified Negotiation Expert to achieve favorable outcomes for all of my clients. As a member of the Sotheby’s International Realty team, I have access to vast listing, promotional and administrative support which ultimately benefits both buyers and sellers.

After living in Manhattan’s Upper East Side during the early part of my career, I decided about 18 years ago to relocate to Purchase, where I am raising my three wonderful children. I love being a part of the fabric of the Rye-Harrison-Purchase community and am actively involved in several local organizations. I am a member of the PTA and a proud supporter of Ameri-Cares, My Sisters’ Place, Forever Families Through Adoption, Inc. and Westchester Pet Rescue. When time permits, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, taking in a Broadway show or going to the movies.
