That’s the whole philosophy behind Homcentric® Real Estate. I’m Brad Bemowski — a licensed Realtor since 2015 and a broker since 2023, with a pretty simple approach: educate first, advocate always, and never push you toward a decision that isn't right for your life.

I work the I-94 corridor between the Twin Cities and the Chippewa Valley. Eau Claire, Altoona, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Hudson — this is my market, and I know it well. I relocated here from St. Paul myself, so if you’re making that move, I’ve actually lived it.
