As an Issaquah/Sammamish native (over 30 years), Brad has seen the amazing transformation of these two once linked cities! He remembers when the Issaquah highlands was a mountain of trees, and when most of the "Sammamish" was technically in the city of Issaquah...But we called it "The Plateau"! Do you remember that?!?! His intimate knowledge of the nooks and crannies of the different neighborhoods, schools, entertainment, shopping, and area has served him well in helping his clients navigate the perfect house/neighborhood for them, as well as get top dollar for his sellers! Knowing what type of buyers fit where is imperative to both sides of his business(buyers/sellers). Brad goes all out for his clients and his strong work ethic, which he homed in his past career as a professional baseball player with the Baltimore Orioles has driven his growth thus far. He takes his job very seriously and is always driving hard to grow his knowledge by taking courses and seminars to learn more about industry changes, technology, and his favorite...negotiation tactics! To Brad, the most important part of this business is the long-term relationships, and he loves building them with his clients!
