We have used Brad Fowler now for buying and selling our first home, and in the process of our second home. (It's still being built). It wasn't even a question on who to use when we went back into the market for our second home. We haven't one thing bad to say about him. He's professional, personable, great people skills, and above all he will do his best to get you what you want. If he sees something that isn't right, he'll let you know. Never be afraid to ask him anything you don't know and he will help the process go as smoothly as possible.
We are still not on our last home and we plan to keep using Brad in the future. We highly recommend him to anyone in the market, either buying or selling. Having a good realtor makes a difference.

We had seen Brad’s listings through Facebook, and we immediately were impressed with the media that he chose when representing the homes he was selling. Professional photos, drone photos, and 3D virtual walkthroughs were way more than I had seen anyone else do!

Brad sold our home within hours of it hitting the market, and I believe a lot of the reason was the ability of buyers to be able to see every detail before they even entered. He was also very patient with through the entire process, sometimes answering questions later than business hours.

If we ever find ourselves needing the services of a realtor again, Brad will be the only person that we call.
