I have to tell you, I'm probably not the typical reviewer -- You see, Brad Korb represented the seller and I was the buyer. I was represented by my own real estate professional during the purchase etc. However, it was Brad and his staff that have gone over and above to make sure that every part of the sale was completed appropriately and to my satisfaction. They followed through to assure that the seller met all of his obligations. There were some snags in the pest inspection and Brad's organization did not stop until it was fully addressed. On top of all of that -- he has checked in with me regularly to be sure that all is going well. Has provided assistance with an issue with an issue with the home warranty policy and has contacted the previous owner on my behalf. Summing all of the above -- I cannot say enough about Brad Korb and his Customer Service. He is definitely top notch!!!!

Valene in Brad's office was beyond amazing. I'm someone who's hands-on (i.e. obsessive) with the market and was researching houses non-stop. Val found our home listing before I did, which was a miracle itself. Through another series of miracles, the homeowner accepted our offer over a cash-offer, all due to Val's tenacity. As first-time home-buyers she made the process easy and was available for any questions, often as they came. When our warranty wouldn't cover a broken oven, Val stepped in to right the situation. Brad Korb is trust worthy and has your best interest! After searching for a few months and didn't see anything I really like, I came across a listing that was not part of Brad's. Contacted his agent and quickly they were able to show me the place and help me land an offer. The seller had multiple offers already but I have Brad on my side. The seller's agent even mentioned that they went with my offer because they have worked with Brad Korb before and feels more confident going with me than the other offers presented. Another example of Brad's team at my best interest. The seller's agent didn't tell the seller that in the contract, they had agreed to include all the appliances. So right before closing, the seller offer to sell me the appliances. One phone call to Brad's team and they sorted the whole situation out for me. I got my house and all the appliances with it. They are very on top of things. Even after all said and done, Brad will personally call every few months just to see if I need anything. He is very personable and knows Burbank real well. He has great relationship with other realtors which makes buying and selling much easier. I wouldn't go with anybody else.

Brad was very helpful in selling my home. Brad took the time to have my home inspected so that any problem could be address before we were in negotiations. They had a Stager meet with us to talk about how to show our home so that buyers would appreciate the home they were getting. Brad had a professional photographer take pictures of our home to post on the internet. I believe because of all his prep work the first person that came to look at our home made an offer, when it fell though Brad jump on getting back on the market and the next person bought my home. My only complaint would be that the person that does the paperwork only works Monday thru Friday 8-5, so if you have a question about the paperwork and you work it can be tough. That being said, when you did talk to the person she was very nice and knowledgeable. I would use Brad and his company again.

Sunny Narang is hands down an awesome agent. He just helped us into our first home, we closed last Tuesday. We have been looking for a house since January and throughout all these months Sunny has been steadfast and very focused on helping us achieve our goals. Sunny has always made it clear that he is there to help us find our dream home. He's incredibly patient, professional, clear and concise in his communication, and has an amazingly positive-can-do attitude--all of which helped us tremendously in this very very stressful and sometimes seemingly hopeless process of finding the right home. We never felt that Sunny was trying to push houses on us, rather he wanted to understand what we were looking for (something that as first time buyers, we were trying to figure out ourselves and weren't always able to give a straight forward answer for!). Sunny was always reachable, he would respond texts almost instantly. I'm not sure how he manages to balance all his clients but he certainly made us feel like he was always available for us (for instance, returning panic phone calls even when he's out at dinner). It's also really important that Sunny was so great at talking to the selling agents--especially in this really competitive sellers market, where as a buyer you're often looking at competing for a house with many other buyers. He was able to get the scope on what was happening with other offers and advise us on strategy in putting in competitive offers (if we wanted to go for it). That's what happened with the house we purchased and actually with 2 other prior properties (which we could have purchased, but only backed out because we had second thoughts about those houses). It really makes a huge difference working with a professional who is completely on top of what he's doing. We would highly recommend Sunny for all your real estate needs.

In 2006 we contacted Brad Korb Real Estate Group as a home buyer looking in Burbank, Glendale and La Crescenta. Brad set us up with one his agents named Jennifer. We didn't know much about the company other than the fact that we had seen many of his for sale signs in front lawns around town. To me, this meant that he obviously had a reputation of getting things done, and that folks had faith in his abilities as an agent. Boy, am I glad that we put them in charge of our home search. Jennifer, with the help of Brad, tirelessly searched the current listings for a home that would fit our needs. The market at this time was super hot for sellers, so this was no easy task. Brad helped me sell 2 homes in Burbank. After 6 months of trying to sell the first house, we decided to change agents and decided to go with Brad. The first house had many difficult circumstances with renters in the house. The second house, sold in 5 days with 7 offers. He has an excellent knowledge of Burbank and Real Estate. Brad’s been doing this for so long, he uses the same procedure for all houses and has the process down pat. He’ll tell you exactly what needs to be done to get the best price and he can also help with whatever your needs are. At the first house, I needed a gardener. Brad had one who always showed up and kept the grounds looking good. At the second house, I was going to do some extensive upgrades before putting it on the market. Brad had a contractor that met me and gave me a detailed estimate (I also had a contractor so I could compare). If I decided to do the upgrades, I would have been comfortable using Brad’s recommendation but I decided not to do the upgrades. It was the best decision for me. Whatever I needed, Brad knew good people to help. I decided on using Brad because I knew he would get the houses sold with the least amount of work and headaches for me. His entire team, really know what they are doing. It didn’t matter who I talked to, they were excellent and knew their stuff. I didn’t have any glitches in selling either house. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Brad Korb Real Estate Group stood out as the best choice: their rankings are excellent (meaning people find Brad Korb Real Estate listings on his site easily), their marketing presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Brad and then met with him at our home. He a lot of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info related to the area. Brad made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. One word...AMAZING! I was faced with the daunting task of preparing dad's home for sale to pay for him to go to Assisted Living (due to Alzheimers). The decision to do so was emotionally overwhelming - as was the physical work that needed to be done to make this sweet home appealing to the right buyer. I interviewed a few Realtors to see who I should use. One couple I interviewed was very friendly and I thought they would be easy to work with, plus there were two of them. Then I met with Brad Korb and he was a no-nonsense guy with a big presence in the Burbank market and a whole team backing him up. I gave it some thought and decided I would be better off with the real businessman than the feel good couple. I'm sure glad I did!! After all, selling a home is one of the biggest transactions I will ever undertake and I wanted it done professionally. Review of Brad Korb and team. I have known about Brad Korb for over ten years through his letters of introduction mailers and his Burbank Bulletin paper. When it came time to sell, I had him in mind, but first I checked out a few other Realtors. I have never met a person better at following up than Brad Korb, both before the home purchase and after. Him and his team were patient and helpful finding the right home for my wife and I. This review is overdue as he actually helped me find a home in 2014, however he still follows up periodically with emails, and annual calls that usually start off with Happy Monday. I was impressed because I bought a home in 2008 but never got any follow up calls after. Brad helped us with our second home and I wasn't sure if I would be able to do it. Brad listened, understood my concerns and had his lender contact me to see what could be done. Within the week I had a pre-approval and was shopping for our second home. Brad was great. he was able to get four different offers on our condo within the first week of it being listed. we went with what we thought was the best buyer and brad was able to negotiate a late fee when they had a delay in closing do to a purchase on their credit. (Advice to buyers...do not do anything with your credit until after your house closes. You could screw up the whole deal by affecting your credit.) the only thing they need to improve on is the offices communication. As a first time we were not entirely sure of the process we had been told that we were closing on a Monday and the Friday before found out that we would not be closing due to a mistake on the buyers part. It would have been nice to know the full time frame which would have cleared up expectations.

I bought this property for 381k in June 2015 and the Zillow estimate now is around 450k. It is indeed a great price. Getting the loan approved is a painful experience. We sold our house with Brad eight years ago, but our relationship with him started years before that. A few years after we bought the house, Brad called and got my wife. He said that the market had improved a bit and asked if we were interested in selling. My wife said no. Brad asked if he could check back with us, and my wife said, Sure, call in a year. A year later, Brad called and said, You said to check back in a year, so I'm just checking to see if you're ready to sell. My wife again said no, and to check back in a year. This went on for ten years. It was never a bother, just a quick call. So of course, when we actually did decide to sell, we called Brad. When we met, we knew there were several things that needed to be done around the house: painting, minor repairs, etc. We'd been putting off selling for some time because we hadn't worked up the gumption to get those things done. I said to Brad, What I'm hoping you'll say is that you can take care of everything, and all we have to do is say, Go. Brad smiled and said, Geoff, Katerina, I can take care of everything. All you have to do is say, Go. We did, and the process started. We got a call from one of Brad's people. She said, Brad gave me a list of the things that need to be done. We have people for each of those things. You don't have to use them, but if you want to, they'll call, and all you have to do is say yes and they'll do the work. We even had the option to pay out of the sales revenue, although we didn't. Over the next few weeks, people called. A handyman. A painter. A landscaper. Each said, I'm with the Brad Korb team, and told us what needed to be done and how much it would cost. We said yes to each, and the work was done. Once it was all done, Brad sold our house, just like that. We wanted everything to be handled, and Brad did exactly that. It was perfect. From start to finish the process took only a month or two, and we got just what Brad had predicted. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and even now we recommend Brad to anyone we know who's selling their house, or even people who just need advice. He's always been available and helpful.

First of all, I used Yelp to find a local real estate agency to look for a home to buy, and the Brad Korb was way up at the top of the list, as well as only a five-minute drive away. So my wife and I walked into the office without an appointment and met Val Sarkissian, who immediately called up dozens of options to start our search, while laying out what we would need to pre-qualify for a loan and get the home-buying process started. For the next two weeks, Val cherry-picked locations for us to look at based on our budget, offered helpful advice about the process, cracked jokes with us, and quickly responses to any and all questions we had. I got in contact with Erica Pollack from the Brad Korb group when I found a house I was interested a looking at, and she was great over the phone, so I decided to ask her to help us look into buying our first home. We were very happy with the way she wasn't pushy like many other agents, and she was incredibly helpful. She was always very responsive to texts and emails, and made herself available to show us houses on weekends/evenings/etc. As first time home buyers, we were completely lost about how the process should work and what happens when. Erica guided us through this, which really put our mind at ease. She was also able to negotiate with the sellers to get a credit for repairs on the property. Brad was also great to help Erica with some unresponsive sellers and to help us with a complimentary moving van after the fact. Their system of electronic signatures made everything very easy throughout the process. The only hiccup was that we took longer than 30 days for Escrow (about 43). Our mortgage broker told us this from the beginning, but there were still some unrealistic expectations from the sellers for our close date. I think it would have maybe been better to have had a 45 day escrow from the beginning of the process. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with Erica and the Brad Korb group, and I have already recommended her to a co-worker of mine, who is currently in escrow.

As out of town sellers of a run down estate property we felt rather intimidated with our task but interviewed three realtors and concluded Brad Korb was the obvious choice. Now that the sale is complete I want to take the time to share our experience so others may benefit from what we learned. As sellers there are two factors to consider and I will address them individually: 1.First and foremost is the bottom line, which realtor will get the best price for the property and not leave money on the table. Brad was very aggressive in pricing and listed the property for $750K as opposed to the lowest listing suggested by another realtor of $520K. The property sold for $690K, which is 33% more than the lowest suggested listing by the other realtor. Needless to say we were very pleased as the sale price exceeded our original expectations. 2.The second factor is the services provided by the realtor and communication throughout the process. Brad made everything easy for us, from staging the house to doing the substantial clean up and minor low cost repairs that made a world of difference in how the house would show to prospective buyers. He has his own crews of contractors and skilled labor and they quickly transformed a run down, poorly maintained house into a gem that literally was sparkling from the moment a buyer parked in front of the home all the way to the back yard. I should add that Brad paid for most of the repairs against his expected commission with little out of our pocket. His extensive use of all available marketing methods from MLS, Internet and classified newspaper ensured maximum exposure and resulted in a quick sale for the best price. His office staff kept us informed and managed all the paperwork via email and fax and the entire sale was completed without the need for any additional trips to LAX. In summation my family and I are truly grateful for the professional and personal service provided by Brad and his team and we feel he far exceeded our expectations in earning his well-deserved commission.
