Having relocated to Florida’s Gulf Coast from Chicago, Brad embraces the chaos and challenges of the highly volatile property market as a chance to offer outside-the-box solutions that others may have missed, and works at a pace that his clients find commendable.

Thanks to his strong background in financial services and options trading, Brad is very good with numbers, which he leverages when negotiating deals across either end of the closing table. He has a penchant for analysis, keen attention to details, and solid business acumen that enhance his focus on maximizing his clients’ investments by understanding their short and long term goals, while providing a holistic view of prospective opportunities. He is passionate about building lasting relationships along the way and maintaining them by delivering what he promises, to secure trust, referrals, and repeat business.

Outside of real estate, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his fiancé, their young daughter, and his 3 dogs. He can also be found sampling the hidden gems of Florida including catching rays on the beach, or losing golf balls at one of the many local courses.
