A lifelong native of the New River Valley, I grew up in Christiansburg and chose to stay and raise our four children with my wife of 33 years. UPDATE: Brad is an outstanding realtor and we highly recommend him whether looking to buy or sell. Brad helped us do both and we had a great experience both times. We had complicated buying and selling circumstances and Brad helped us navigate it at every turn. Best realtor in the area, hands down.

Brad helped us buy our first home and we cannot recommend him enough! From the very beginning Brad was responsive and listened to our needs, wants, and concerns. This is our first house and he was very patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions (no matter how novice), and answering all the questions we didn’t know to ask. We had some unusual complications during the process and Brad was there lockstep to confidently see us through and get us the deal we needed. If we ever ended up buying another home, we would go directly to Brad and would recommend him in the highest regards to any homebuyer. We truly could not have had a better experience. As first time home buyers, we had a million questions and no idea what we were doing. Brad wore so many different hats for us from helping us get connected with a lender to helping us understand what to look for when seeing potential homes to driving all over Timbuktu helping us find the “rural” property we wanted. We never felt any kind of pressure to buy quickly so Brad could get a check and move on, instead he was incredibly patient with us and truly wanted us to find what was best for us. He was responsive, extremely knowledgeable (both about the home market and about the knitty gritty of how homes work and what red flags are), incredibly kind, and at the end of the day made us feel confident about buying a home that was truly good for us and for a price that made sense.
