Brad Werlin

Born and raised in Northwest Pennsylvania, Brad earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University. Keeping close to family, he then moved to The Villages and began an entrepreneurship journey over the last 15 years. He met his wife, Amber, while owning a Quiznos Sub franchise in The Villages, which he later sold in 2008. Brad then turned his attention to the industry he grew up in, and bought the Village Car Wash.

They owned and ran the multimillion-dollar business for the next 12 years before being blessed with the opportunity to sell the business in February 2020. Over the past few years, they have been buying and developing residential and commercial real estate in Amber’s hometown of Wildwood, FL. The couple feels a personal responsibility to better the local neighborhood, which included the development of a medical office building on CR 466A.

The Werlin’s and their two children are active members of their local church, in which Brad serves on the board of Elders and manages all business activities for the church.
