As first-time buyers, we are so glad that we chose Brad and his team as our real estate agent. They are professional, ethical and responsible. During the whole process, Brad, Kristen and the team were always there and made it easy for us. They did an excellent job to provide their expert knowledge about what to look for and develop a good strategy when we decided to make an offer. They are detail-orientated as well. During a showing, a small portion of the hardwood floor in the kitchen was composed of several small pieces of wood instead of a large one. Brad spotted it right away. We would never have noticed it without him. They helped us walk away from the bad units. When we made an offer on a unit, the listing agent was unethically telling Brad to convince us with a higher price, which of course he didn't. If we decide to sell our condo in next 5 or 10 years, Brad and his team will definitely be our real estate agent.

My wife and I recently purchased a condo in Roscoe Village with the help of Brad's team at Chicago Residential Partners, and I was beyond satisfied with the experience. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and kind, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the process went as smoothly as possible. We were first-time buyers, so we really appreciated that he went out of his way to answer all of our questions and guide us from the initial search to the close. He has even assisted with post-closing items, including HOA setup and referrals for local vendors. We wish we could give 6 stars! We had such an exceptional experience from the initial meeting through signing the lease. We first met with Brad via Zoom to discuss our requirements (bed, bath, parking, budget, neighborhood, etc) and then he gave us exclusive access to Compass, where his team sent us places that fit our needs! We found an excellent apartment through the app, Brad set up a tour for us, and we fell in love with it! From there, Brad helped coordinate our application with the other realtor and was very communicative regarding the status of our application. Once our application was accepted, Maria and Danielle helped us with setting up utilities and coordinating our move. We even referred Brad and his team to several of our friends! We couldn’t be happier with their great work, and we would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for a residence!

It's impossible to overstate how happy I was partnering with Brad Zibung to sell my home in Chicago. I've used other realtors in the past, but Brad was - by far - the most informed, innovative, and, frankly, successful. He also knows Chicago - and its market - like the back of his hand. But most notably, Brad is hard-working. He takes initiative, he's organized (very appreciated), and he knows how to get things done. Despite dealing with relatively difficult buyers, Brad kept the process moving, reminding me what I needed to get done, and taking care of 5x that, himself. We cannot recommend highly enough Brad and his entire team. When I first reached out, I had already spoken or emailed with a few realtors, but Brad’s knowledge and temperament impressed me immediately. He was measured, very informed, patient, and available. We had owned a home, but buying a condo in a new city just felt really stressful. After our initial consultation, and then a very useful orientation to the process they follow, we felt like we were in good hands. To feel that kind of confidence and comfort with a whole team is important, because there will be ups and downs through the entire transaction. Brad works with a stellar team (Danielle, Maria, and Dana), and they prepare you for every stage of the purchase. We loved how they both educated and supported us as we moved from one phase to the next. Brad knows the market and the area so well. He really is kind of a coach! After we purchased the condo, Brad was there with recommendations of painters and other kinds of services, and now that we’re owners, we STILL feel like they’re out there for anything we may need. In fact, as we got closer to the final closing, we were kind of sad because we realized we would miss them—and we do! Five stars all the way through!

Danielle helped us buy our first home in April 2021. The market was crazy at the time (and we probably were too) but Danielle hung in there and found us and our two dogs the perfect place in Lakeview.

Brad and his team work by the slogan “service, not just sales” and truthfully they live by those words. Brad, Christina, and Danielle, have a vast knowledge and expertise of everything real estate, and a level of customer service that is second to none. The three of them work very well together and support not only us the client well, but each other too.
