Brad did a awesome job with negotiating the listed price down 14000. The seller didn't want to go from listed price at all! He worked with my busy work schedule. The home and termite inspection was scheduled by Brad. He knows a lot of people in Columbia that will help you get a home. I'm 21 buying a house. I felt like he treated me the same as all his clients. I highly recommend going with Brad.

Very responsive to all our needs especially considering we currently live over 100 miles away. He was always ready with a key any time we were able to come to Columbia. Quickly arranged home inspection, termite, and additional plumbing eval. Also had excellent mortgage contact.Closed in less than 2 mos. Helped negotiate contract to $19,000 UNDER asking price. Great Job!

Brad listed my home for sale and we received an offer within 30 days. Brad kept me up to date as things progressed and helped to calm and reassure me throughout the process. Brad is eager and motivated and really went the extra mile for me. He has been persistent, dependable, and hard working. Brad made himself available to answer my questions via text, email, and telephone calls. If he did not have an immediate answer to one of my questions, it never took him long to find that answer and get back to me. My wife and I had the privilege of working with Brad Aull during the Fall of 2013. As we planned to put our house on the market, we wanted to get the expert advice of a realtor to make sure we were going about the process the proper way. We met with Brad and found him to be warm, sincere, and honest. He offered some wonderful suggestions on the things we needed to do, and things we should not do, prior to listing our home. He gave us a detailed market analysis and went over the information with us to show us what other homes have sold for and how the improvements we make will benefit us in the long run. What a great experience! A good friend referred me to Brad and told me that he was a great realtor who who goes the extra mile and really does a great job of making the experience as stress-free as possible. I told Brad up front that I would like to list my home with him but I'm probably about 3 months away from being ready to do so. He was very kind and told me that he would be happy to help me with the process. He gave me some great ideas on improvements I can make now so that when I'm ready to list my home, the process can proceed quickly. He suggested paint colors, staging ideas and maintenance that needed to be done. He stated that all of these things would help me sell my home when the time came. I was floored that he was willing to help me even though I'm not ready now. There were several times I needed his help and he was available whenever I called. How refreshing!

Brad is a super realtor who knows Columbia, SC and Lexington, SC like the back of his hand.
