Bradley Braunstein

As a Financial Analyst at Samuels & Associates, Bradley Braunstein develops financial strategies for unit mix, rent, and expense underwriting. He is also responsible for deal structuring, comp intel and research, and investor reporting. With more than ten years of experience in the financial sector, Bradley brings key expertise and insight to the S&A team.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Bradley worked at Advisors Living where he started as a Real Estate Analyst and was later promoted to Portfolio Manager. In his role, he performed cash flow management for over $850 million in residential properties, conducted sellouts estimates, and provided analytics for project acquisitions. Bradley also served as an Associate at Admirals Bank.

In his free time, Bradley enjoys playing tennis, hiking, camping, and spending time with his puppy Dewey. He is also a founding member of East Boston Kayak Club.
