About Bradly

Brad Willems joined RE/MAX Momentum about six years ago after spending 20 years in custom home construction as well as two years as an appraiser and another year as a small business lobbyist. His path to a career in real estate was by accident – literally. Brad was in a severe car accident that left him in the hospital for a month, followed by 18 months of a variety of rehabilitations. Eager to rejoin the workforce, Brad had a moment of clarity- Why not try selling real estate since he had spent so much time in construction. He called a friend of his – who was already a RE/MAX Momentum agent – for advice and the rest is history. Brad prides himself on simplifying real estate for his clients, largely due to his ability to combine his expertise with his unique sense of humor. He brings levity to every transaction, making it feel virtually care-free and appear that building enduring relationships with his clients is effortless. He never presents a problem without having a few solutions already prepared and truly loves his job. There’s no denying it; Brad earned RE/MAX’s Executive Club Award in his first year and the 100% Club Award in year two and every year since. Additionally, in 2015 he was the recipient of RE/MAX Momentum’s Heart of Momentum, which is awarded annually to one person in the company that embodies the organization’s values, dedication and professionalism. With his dedication to his clients, his willingness to help fellow agents and natural born leadership; Brad became the Director of Agent Relations in 2019. Outside of the office, he loves spending time with his family and friends, but especially his two daughters. Brad is an avid golfer, but simply loves to be outside. From watching the sunrise on the first tee box to watching the sunset on a patio, he’s happiest to be outside in the Colorado sunshine. Brad wakes up excited every morning, feeling privileged that his clients trust him to achieve all of their real estate goals.
