About Brady

Having grown up around the industry, it was a natural progression for BRADY HAMMOND, REALTOR® to excel as the lead residential agent for the Hammond Family Group. He's blessed to be able to work regularly with his parents, who passed their passion for real estate on to him, as well as his wife, who serves as the team’s dedicated staging/marketing consultant.

Since joining the team, Brady has experienced tremendous success and has earned numerous recognitions including designation as a “Certified Luxury Specialist,” membership within the “Elite Representative Network,” being featured as a “Rising Star” by Jax Real Producers, and was named “Newcomer of the Year” in his first year with Coldwell Banker in 2021. Additionally, he has made several guest appearances on ABC25, NBC12, and 104.5 WOKV and is especially excited to host (alongside his wife) a new television show called “Property Tours of Northeast Florida,” which highlights the region’s unique homes and communities–airing locally on ABC!

Before getting into real estate, Brady worked in education as a teacher, administrator, and varsity basketball coach—a journey he describes in his published book Heaven on the Hardwood. He has since applied many of the skills required of a good educator to his real estate business such as strategic thinking, effective communication, and simply going the extra mile. Building relationships and helping people has always driven Brady to go above and beyond for those he works with.

The team benefits greatly from having Alyssa as the team’s dedicated staging/marketing consultant. With her background in interior design, writing, and directing, her skills have proven to be a major asset for the group. Additionally, her unique eye for detail allow Alyssa to provide valuable insights when it comes to effectively staging and marketing a property.

Outside of real estate, Brady and Alyssa enjoy being involved with their church and spending time with friends and family. They currently reside in Jacksonville with their two children Emery and Caleb, who they enjoy spoiling with regular trips to local beaches, the zoo, and Disney World!
