Buying a home in todays market is not easy. Demand is high and supply is low. Toss in high interest rates and you may just find yourself making some emotional decisions that leave you with regret. Thankfully, for my wife Becca and I, we had the pleasure of having Branden as our realtor and we did not have this experience.

From the moment we met Branden we knew he would be a great fit for us. He’s personable yet professional. He’s someone you can trust, and that’s important when your making one of the largest purchases of your life. Branden was very responsive and did a great job communicating with my wife and I. For us first time home buyers, we were very uneducated on the home buying process. Branden took the time every step of the way to explain what was going on and what to expect next.

Branden also has a keen understating of todays market and understands how to navigate it, which is important if you want to find a great home at a reasonable price. During our month working with Branden we saw homes all across the western suburbs of Chicago. Branden is hungry to find you the RIGHT home and would have probably seen 100 houses if he had to.

As a prior US Marine, Branden understands what it means to stop at nothing until the mission is met. Finding you a perfect home is his mission, and he will make it happen. I promise.

I will recommend Branden to anyone looking to buy a home.

Working with Branden was such a breeze! When my wife found the property, she had used the automatic Zillow listing to find an agent. While this let us see the house, we were delayed getting in, the agent was seeing the house for the first time and knew very little, and it felt incomplete. In contrast, after getting Branden, he welcomed us in at the door, had turned on all the lights to show us around, and had learned as much about the property as possible in order to answer our questions. Especially with being completely new house buyers, he was very helpful and personable explaining everything for us from start to finish.

Throughout the entirety of our buying process, his professionalism and ease of character made the process extremely easy. We wanted to push for some funds from the seller for repairs which was countered at 1/3 of the value. Branden told us to hang tight before getting back to us later when he informed us he got them to agree to our original amount! The sellers team was very rough to work with and quite unprofessional, but we never knew because Branden was always up to bat for us. We could not have had a better person to help us through the process. Honestly, I would recommend Branden to literally everyone. It felt like having your best friend hook you up at every point, always having your best interests in mind, and he made us feel completely at ease. We were laughing, joking, and having a wonderful time from start to finish.

Brandon, was the BEST realtor my husband and I could of hoped for! He went above and beyond for my husband and I in buying our first home. I have personally had the pleasure of working with Branden Linnane on numerous Buyer and Seller transactions as the attorney for the Buyer and/or Seller (and I continue to work with him currently on multiple files).

Branden is in a select group of real estate agents that truly go above and beyond what would be “expected” from a real estate agent. Branden does not simply hand the file off to me when he helps a Buyer find a new home or helps one of our Sellers select the best Buyer for them so that they can move on to the next chapter of where they want to live. Rather, Branden continually communicates with me and the client to ensure that the matter is progressing to closing without any issues. It is commonplace that I speak with Branden on a weekly (if not daily) basis about the various files that we have pending to ensure that our clients know exactly where we are at with regard to each of their respective closings.

Many agents view their files as a number and simply move on to the next one when the file closes. Branden is the exact opposite; he truly cares about our clients and many of them have come back to him for additional transactions, which for me is a reflection of his character and how he truly cares for the Buyers and Sellers that he assists. It is an absolute pleasure for me to continually work with him and assist our clients with their real estate transactions. Branden sets the standard of service to the client that other real estate agents should aspire to achieve.

Branden helped us sell our home in just 4 days! He is very knowledgeable about the market and what buyers are looking for. He is friendly, super responsive, and also honest. He sets expectations and delivers on every single one. He is not afraid to be direct or go to bat for you. He is detail oriented and kept everything moving on time. Branden was fantastic! I used him for both selling my previous home and purchasing my new home.

Selling: Branden did a thorough market analysis to ensure he determined the best list price for my house. He presented the information in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He even provided me an estimate of what the projected final numbers would be on the sale. At closing, I couldn’t believe how close he was! Before listing my house, he helped uncover some cost-effective options for home improvement to help attract more buyers. Boy did it help! Within the first week, I received multiple offers. With each offer, Branden explained the specifics on what the buyer was offering. During the sale process, he coordinated all the information between me, my real estate attorney, and the buyer’s agent. Anytime a complication arose, he was quick to notify me of the steps needed to resolve the concern. He worked tirelessly to make sure the deal went through. All his hard work paid off! I was able to close on time as expected!

Buying: Branden was able to clear his schedule and set up multiple appointments for me to look at houses right away. When I found the place I wanted to call home, he was quick to present my offer to the seller. The price negotiation process went smoothly! Once my offer was accepted, Branden was quick to get the rest of the process rolling. He had my home inspection set up right away. Branden set me up with a great lender and fantastic real estate attorney! He always kept my best interest at stake when working out some concerns with the new place. Branden is a master at negotiations!

I am eternally grateful for everything Branden did and went through to get my sale and purchase to go through. Not only did he go above and beyond, but he is also genuinely a great person to work with. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends when they need a realtor! Thank you Branden!
