Throughout my home search she was incredibly responsive, patient, and upbeat, and she was always quick to schedule showings so we could see properties without delay. She took the time to show me a wide range of options and made the process feel organized and manageable from the very beginning.

One of the things I appreciated most was how she guided me through pricing and value. She consistently shared fair, realistic comps and helped me understand what homes were actually worth, which made it much easier to make confident decisions in a market I was not familiar with.

The entire transaction ended up being remarkably smooth and far less stressful than I expected. Tina was organized, communicative, and clearly very experienced, and she’s also simply a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Brandi and her team at the Furlan group are technically skilled efficient and friendly; qualities that are hard to find together in one team. Going beyond the technical is what sets them apart. Working directly with Brandi, my wife and I felt we were her only clients, even though we knew she was busy with others. Tina Hart is an amazing professional realtor. She always made herself available (even on July 4th) and is very responsive.
