About Brandi

Brandi grew up in Piqua and graduated from Piqua High School in 1992. She continued her education at Miami University of Oxford and received a BS in Business with a focus in marketing and advertising. She taught in the Piqua schools for twenty years, before a passion and love for real estate pulled her away. Upon obtaining her real estate license in 2014, she has helped hundreds of clients purchase a new property. She went on to receive her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2018. She and her husband Chad live in Piqua and have four children. Chad has spent is life in construction, commercial and residential home inspection. The two also share a successful flipping business and have flipped 11 residential properties and 2 commercial buildings in Piqua. Brandi's goal is to offer the highest level of client care and provide a seamless real estate transaction from beginning to end. Many of Brandi's clients feel like family by the time they get to the closing table, which is why she prides herself on how many loyal clients return repeatedly as their real estate needs change over their lifetime.
