Brandi holds the GRI designation as a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. She has been in the real estate industry in one aspect or another for over 25 years. She has been a general contractor, building insulated cinder block homes. Brandi has been in the mortgage industry as a loan originator, and also, in the title insurance business as a marketing representative. By doing this Brandi was able to see all the different aspects of real estate as well as all the different real estate companies. When she decided to get her license she chose Prudential (Now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices) because of their strength as a company and their strong presence in the marketplace. They offer more marketing and technology than any other company!
With her expertise in real estate as well as in short sales, Brandi was able to be an investor coach for a national company and had investor students from all over the country, training them to be successful investors. Brandi has negotiated numerous short sales and also holds the CDPE designation which ensures her expertise in the short sale field.
