I talked with Brandie about purchasing a house, which we eventually did. She was very responsive to our needs often responding within a few minutes either on text or email. I was a first time homebuyer and had quite a few questions which Brandie answered honestly and quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend Brandie Reyes.

We recently closed on our third home with Brandie Reyes as our realtor. Brandie was easily the best we have ever worked with! My wife and I really appreciated the way Brandie always made time for our questions and was always available to show us the home again, even when it probably wasn't convenient for her. Our favorite thing about Brandie was that she wasn't pushy, she understood this was a huge purchase for us and always advocated for us to do what was in our best interest. We really felt like she was on our team. If you are buying or selling a home in and around Derby/Wichita, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't give Brandie a call. She really is amazing at her craft and we easily recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

Brandie was so helpful selling our house. We were first time sellers and she was super helpful explaining all our questions. Even though the buyers lender gave us all such a hard time she was patient and got through to closing. If I had to do it all over again I would gladly work with her again. I would 100% refer her to friends and family.
