Realtor Brandon Brittingham is the CEO and Team Leader at the Maryland & Delaware Group of Long & Foster Real Estate, based in Salisbury, Maryland. During his career, Brandon has sold thousands of homes. In 2020 alone, he sold three hundred properties while growing his team of agents. Pivoting during changes and challenges has always come naturally to Brandon. Early in his career, when foreclosures and short sales overran the residential real estate market, Brandon became an authority on some of the most complex transactions in the business. Soon, he began training other agents about
distressed properties — all while working day to day to serve his own clients and
growing business.
Years later, while running his own team, Brandon noticed online, social media marketing was becoming increasingly important. Rather than stumbling or resisting the coming changes, he instead hired experts in programming, social media, and videography to create compelling, state-of-the-art websites and property marketing. Today, the Maryland & Delaware Group of Long & Foster Real Estate has a global presence, thanks to its robust marketing programs that reach rural and urban areas across the U.S. as well as clients in Europe, China, India and beyond.
All the work Brandon put into online marketing set him up for success when the pandemic hit. Video tours paid social media ads and in-depth digital marketing were already part of his campaigns. Little changed for his team on the marketing side when state-mandated lockdowns arrived. Brandon was ready.
Always curious and constantly innovating, Brandon did make some changes. In early 2020, he noticed that companies were increasingly offering iBuying for sellers who were looking to move properties quickly and conveniently, without the hassle of showings during the pandemic. Knowing the programs were not offered on the Eastern Shore, Brandon enlisted a coding expert to create a special algorithm for the region that could generate an instant offer program for clients served by Brandon and his team. iBuying with Brandon on the Eastern Shore was a hit — and helped sell more than 30 homes that led to numerous buyer leads as well.
Despite his many visionary and executive responsibilities, Brandon still loves being an active agent, meeting with clients daily, introducing them to the homes of their dreams and personally guiding them past the obstacles buyers and sellers face every day.
Brandon, his team, and his business partners can manage every facet of any type of real estate transaction, including financing, title services, HVAC systems, granite installation and property management. Additionally, Brandon operates his own property management business with more than 1,200 units and individual properties as well as his own construction and remodeling firm, a moving
company and a furniture-storage warehouse.
