My deep passion for real estate and my commitment to fostering meaningful connections with people drive my pursuit of excellence in every aspect of my work.

My career in real estate began with a role in property management for a private investor. This experience ignited my entrepreneurial spirit and inspired me to establish Oakstreet Property Management. Under my leadership, the company has grown to manage over $100 million in assets, delivering comprehensive property management services for investors both locally and internationally.

Recognizing the burgeoning opportunities within the market, I partnered with a fellow entrepreneur to launch BZG International, a full-service real estate brokerage firm. Since our inception, we have successfully facilitated the purchase and sale of over $250+ million in real estate, further solidifying our reputation as industry leaders.

As my career has progressed, I have sought to deepen my engagement in personal investment and development, culminating in the formation of Tetra Group. Our focus on ground-up development, as well as the acquisition and rehabilitation of distressed assets, has led to remarkable achievements. Notably, we set a record price per square foot in the Morningside neighborhood with our inaugural ground-up spec development, demonstrating our ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
