Who recently sold a house down the street from mine. A blessing, as he knew some of the same ppl I did, and really made the process much easier than I was expecting. Brandon and his team came through for me in a big way again! I am an attorney and had been appointed as Special Administrator to get a house sold. The house came with a very uncooperative tenant. There were times that I was ready to give up, but Brandon never seemed to tire of the situation. He actually handled the entire situation without me ever seeing the house in person, which took some extra effort on his part. From start to finish, Brandon and his team handled the listing with professionalism and class. I will definitely use Brandon Hoffman at the Hoffman Group again.

I was nervous about closing on my house with all the documents I needed to sign in fear I’d sign something I shouldn’t or didn’t agree with, but everything was explained in great detail. I had the opportunity to ask questions at any time I wasn’t completely sure about something. Everything was made so smooth and the communication before the closing date and the day of made everything even better. Couldn’t have been more happy with the service and staff.

We sent a request to look at a couple houses around 11pm on one of our trips down here and I got a phone call around 7 or 8 the very next morning. We were looking at houses by 11 that very afternoon. Billy was always great about answering any questions we may have had and explaining the process in great detail. He was always great and answering the phone and helping us at every step. He was very knowledgeable and set us up with the right people to help us the most. We couldn’t have done it without him.

Billy was the best realtor we could have asked for as first time home buyers. He called instantly as soon as my inquiry was submitted, and educated us throughout the entire process. He was patient and made himself available at all times of the day to view houses (especially important in this crazy market). I was recommended by a coworker to Brandon Hoffman when I met with him he brought Gene Kimball in the office with him to help me find a home for my growing family. Michael Scott is hands down the best realtor out there! I previously had another agent and was dissatisfied with my experience. I switched to him and he found me a home right away! Now, almost six years later, I am still happily living in my home and will contact him again when I'm ready to sell! Michael Scott helped my husband and I sell our home in Columbia, S.C. and we were very pleased with the experience. This was our first home and thus we were new to the selling side. Michael was very helpful in giving us tips on what we should do to prepare our home for market (and what not to do).
