Brandon represented us on our purchase of a Mountain cabin. He was “on” it from day one, attentive and and excellent listener. He quickly got to know us and exactly what we were looking for. When the right cabin came along he moved fast and structured our offer to give it the best chance of success. We got the place of our dreams. His work didn’t stop there as his title team is also outstanding. We have purchased and sold 8 homes in the last two years and this deal was seamless. By far our best real estate experience ever. By chance I met Brandon at an Open House he was doing. The rest was magic! Thanks to Brandon's quick responsiveness and flexibility (though he is very busy) I found a place quickly during a visit there. He always had time for me in a professional, friendly manner. Truly a delight to work with him. I highly recommend Brandon!

We were fortunate to be introduced to Brandon by our realtor when he (our realtor) was heading out of town and we needed to look at houses. Brandon did a great job of not only setting up appointments for us to see several houses, but also listened to our feedback on the first three houses and made a recommendation that we take a look at a home that was not on our radar. That house turned out to be the perfect option for us!!! Brandon negotiated the purchase so that we paid under asking price, and was even able to get a few of the “staging furniture items” thrown in to the deal. He also introduced us to a title company professional who went above and beyond on a Friday night to get the offer through. Brandon was very responsive…. getting back to us via text, email or phone very quickly when we had questions. He handed everything over to our realtor when he returned from vacation, so we thought that was the last we would hear from Brandon…. but on our closing day he sent us a very nice “congratulations” message. Brandon was AWESOME to work with and I would highly recommend him!!

Brandon sold my home and assisted with purchase of my new house. He was always checking in and providing value. Most importantly, he was a listening ear when I was stressed and that made it easier to go through such a massive exchange on two ends of the spectrum.
