I had a ton of fun staying at coco. Everything was perfect, I even had a problem with turning on the fireplace and contacted the office after hours and Vivian assisted me. The room was very clean and I enjoyed the outside area the most, the heated pool was perfect for night swimming and the tvs outside made it very easy to listen to music while relaxing.

My family and I enjoyed our 5 day and night stay in Clearwater and St. Pete Florida. Vivian helped us plan fun filled days for our entire trip by giving us information for all kinds of different activities in our area. We stayed in a property that had a pool available to us. Super nice property! The property was clean, decorated in a beach theme, had more than enough bath and beach towels. There were even complementary waters in the fridge, which I was super grateful for since our flight arrived late in the evening, and we didnt have time to get to a grocery store. Our home for the week was also stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. My family was able to have a get together and also enjoy a grill out with the grill and propane that was provided all complementary. Thank you TechTravel for a great vacation and a fantastic experience. We look forward to visiting again next year!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were for our stay in Florida. The rooms were beautiful and the amenities outstanding! We had a nice heated pool, with a bar area, an outside tv, and a huge grill available which was nice for our family gathering. Inside we had dishes, silverware, cookware, plenty of towels, and cool crisp air conditioning! Vivian helped plan out our activities by suggesting fun things to do while in the St. Pete/Clearwater area, and answered all our questions. My family and I highly recommend TechTravel. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Seabreeze Manor Inn. The room was great and we had a private balcony on the second floor which was wonderful to watch the beach in the evenings. They even provided a white linen table cloth to add to the outside table. There was plenty of room and the bathroom was huge. The staff was delightful.

My family and I rented a home (home would be a disservice; this was a mansion) in Tierra Verde for two weeks in February. The home was everything it was advertised to be, and then some. On top of that, Tech Travel was extremely responsive to all of our needs, from figuring out the electronics to a small issue with the pool heat. They not only answered phone calls after hours, but they sent employees out immediately, going over and above for us. The owner is heavily involved in his business and has a right hand person (Vivian) who is outstanding. I would highly recommend using this company for any rentals.

Initial impression:

At the outset, Brandon was VERY responsive through AirBNB as we searched for the perfect Oceanside rental that was pet friendly. We are Florida locals, so if we take a vacation we want to wake up and see the waves. He guided us to a specific suite in their Misty Isles (#4) Redington Shores property with an insane view. I had 273493 questions prior to booking and all were answered promptly.

Few notes for future guests:

Upon arrival, parking was clearly marked and building / view as advertised if you are in Suites 1, 2, 3&4. 5&6 are separate from main building so view is not the same. Older condo with one bathroom through the master, so not super private if staying with friends or additional guests. That said, small kitchenette and grill setup downstairs made cooking lunch/dinner a breeze. Also for a small condo it did have quite roomy bedrooms with plenty of options for sleeping. Stocked with clean towels, dish soap, plates, bowls, pots and pans provided. Very turnkey.

Issue/Customer Service:

On the 3rd day of our trip, we experienced an issue with the suite that resulted in us needing to relocate ASAP. It was totally out of tech travel’s control, but inconvenienced us nonetheless. I called the main office and a real human answered (points for local customer service) and Vivian acted immediately. She provided us and our family more than adequate alternative accommodations and provided very fair financial support for the inconvenience. I judge a company by their responsiveness to issues both large and small. Vivian, Brandon, and Tech Travel went above and beyond to make this a comfortable Labor Day weekend.

Overall Rating: 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We live just 3.5 hours from the Florida west coast and will absolutely be back. Would definitely recommend both before and after our Labor Day snafu!

*5 STARS* It's unfortunate that there is not a way to give more stars as the experience we received from Techtravel was an experience that must be similar to what it feels like to have an American Express Black Card! From the moment we booked our trip we received white glove treatment from the owner all the way through to his maintenance team and onsite staff. If at anytime we needed anything Techtravel was there to provide. They even called to check in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and offered suggestions about local restaurants, and activities! I can't express enough gratitude to how we were treated or the level of professionalism we received. Thank you Techtravel for an experience of a lifetime, and a vacation we will never forget! We will be back again soon!

My grandmother & I met Brandon as we were searching for a place for my grandma to spend a few months during the winter. He went above & beyond helping us find the perfect place for her, exceeding all our expectations! He treated us like family, listening & respecting her needs & requests! He took the time to show us multiple properties, as well as giving us recommendations & insight on things to do & places to eat in the nearby areas. TechTravel rents out my property, and I rent from TechTravel simultaneously. Both sides have been equally pleasant & simple. Also, their whole staff is amazing from the owner Brandon to Vivian the manager, and the maintenance guys Pete & Steve.
FYI...This review is way overdue as I’ve been working with TechTravel for a year now. However, today I was reminded how awesome they are by taking away all my stress from Hurricane Dorian by putting away all outdoor stuff for both properties & keeping me updated. Brandon got us an amazing house to rent in Pass-a-grille at the last minute when we had to cancel our Siesta Key plans due to red tide. The house exceeded expectations and the process for checking-in and checking-out couldn’t have been easier. I have been renting with Brandon, the owner of the company, for about a year and I am still in awe by the professionalism of him and his brother Pete. He is kind, diligent, and committed to getting his customers the best deal possible. He is pro-renter, without a doubt in my mind. I had no renting history, student debt, and on that basis, found it difficult to rent a beachfront property from other realtors who would constantly try to gouge me w/ ridiculous security deposits - but Brandon literally went out of his way to ensure that I got a beautiful penthouse for a reasonable price. Whenever there was a problem, he was quick to get his team on it and fix it. During the hurricanes, his crew came in to take all my furniture indoors without me asking. Whenever something didn't seem right, all I had to do was shoot him a text and the situation would be resolved in under 48 hours. I don't mean to seem rude, but I don't believe that the people rating TechTravel 1 star have a clue how difficult it is to be in this business. To the entitled, minor inconveniences become exaggerated stories, and there's always two sides to every coin. If you're looking for an easygoing agent who is going to get you exactly what you want at an affordable rate, Brandon is your man.
