Nominal awards and financial gains are not, however, how Brena evaluates her professional performance. Her greatest compliment is receiving a referral from someone she has helped. It is how she measure her success. That success is remarkably clear as most of her business is referred by past clients.

Originally from Gadsden, Alabama, Brena moved to Houston after receiving a bachelor’s in business administration from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Her first job with an international advertising agency was a “dream job” – except for one thing, she hated being cooped-up in an office all day. Given any legitimate opportunity, she was out the door. Once she realized this about herself, she decided to earn her real estate license and has never looked back.

When not working, Brena enjoys spending time with family and friends, often meeting them at one of Houston’s great parks for a walk or run. She also enjoys time at the gym and is an avid reader. Brena and her husband have two adult children, a daughter doing her medical residency in New York City and a son attending law school.
