Brenda is the founding member of Arbella Properties Inc, and current Chief Operating Officer she has dedicated 14 years of service to the property management industry. Brenda has developed a thorough knowledge of best practices for rental management and portfolio growth. Brenda is a graduate of King University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance. Her focus is delivering streamlined services, strong financial results, implementing cost savings strategies and always providing excellent customer service to tenants and owners alike. Brenda has a great skill set in budgeting, financial forecasting, creating, and implementing portfolio development plans.
Brenda also has 10 years of industry specific experience as a Managing Broker supervising Realtors, office staff, accounting staff and vendors. In this capacity she successfully grew the sales division, rental management division and the association management division.
Brenda has also made great contributions to the community association management industry in the tri-cities area. On top of being a real estate Broker she has earned designation as a CMCA with the Community Association Institute.
Brenda is the daughter of an Army Veteran and the wife of a Marine Veteran. With servitude being one of her top focuses she also works diligently to assist local Veterans with home buying and selling as well as in the rental community. Brenda holds a MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation and takes great pride in her service to our veterans as she holds those members close to her heart
