Brenda Chambliss

She joined the Countywide Team in 1996; almost twenty-five years ago! She’s a full time agent specializing in Residential and Farm and Ranch sales as well as property management and leasing. Brenda was instrumental in the property acquisitions many years ago for the current HEB store after the old store burned. She worked directly with the San Antonio HEB commercial acquisition team under the guidance of her Broker, Amelia Smith. Brenda’s seller and buyer client base has rapidly grown over her career and she has added property management accounts to expand her business. Brenda is a HUD approved agent, has experience in Short Sales, and prides herself on each and every detail of a transaction whether working with the seller or the buyer. She is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors. Brenda has served on the City of Lockhart Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Directors for the Meadows at Clearfork Home Owners Association. She spends free time fundraising, volunteering, and being a very busy mom to 16 year old son Brayden. Her interests include gardening, cooking, watching her son play baseball, and spending time with family and friends. Brenda currently resides in Wimberly with husband Cody and her son, Brayden.
