Brenda is a fantastic agent! I have both bought and sold homes working with Brenda, and I want everyone to know that the advise she gives is spot on. Not listening to Brenda, I made mistakes, but buying in on her ideas, proved to be very successful, so have faith. The property I had recently was a very unique property, and I really needed someone who knew how to market it. Brenda came through with flying colors and even made pamphlets that explained the details of what the property had to offer. She was there at almost every showing, and working on a deal out of state created many challenges that she helped us work through. All around, she is a caring, thoughtful person, very sharp, with integrity. Hard to find these days, but trust me, she puts the customer first!

I highly recommend agent, Brenda Collings. We had the pleasure of having her as our agent when we purchased a home in 2019. We were excited to choose her again last year when we're decided to sell our rental. She is very knowledgeable, both in her field and of the area. We found her to be honest, reliable, very personable and prompt in returning phone calls. She alleviated the stress that comes with buying and selling. You will not be disappointed should you choose Brenda as your realtor! I would give her 6 stars if that choice were available!

This was the second time we used Brenda, each time she has been professional, knowledgeable. We sold a rental, and needed to do a 1031 exchange, and Brenda was on it immediately, finding like property and seeing it close quickly. Brenda's biggest strength is her knowledge about Carson City and surrounding areas. I am very impressed with her response time. If you want a strong force in your corner , she is your woman.

When my mother in-law decided that it was time for her to move into an assisted living community, she listed her house with Brenda, on our recommendation. Brenda had recently helped us with the purchase of our home and we were extremely satisfied with her service. Brenda is very knowledgeable and diligent, and works hard to communicate all aspects of the real estate process and market. What impressed me the most this time, was Brenda's kindness and patience with my 86 year old Mother in-Law, Betty. She would sit down and talk with her and explain each step along the way. What could have been an extremely emotional time, was made much easier because of Brenda's gentle manner when helping Betty with the process of selling her house. After the house sold, in a very timely manner, Brenda invited Betty to lunch to celebrate and to make sure that she was doing well. We appreciated all of Brenda's hard work, but especially appreciated all the extra time and kindness she showed Betty.

Finding a house in the area I needed was a nightmare. We went through two escrows that both fell through due to the other party. I was ready to give up and cry. Brenda made sure that never happened. She stepped up to the plate and walked me through everything. She helped make the most of unfortunate events to find me the perfect home in the end. First time home buyer, that in itself should tell you how much I know about buying a home. I had reached out to some friends so they could connect me with a realtor; my lender had given me a list of potential realtors, ultimately I connected with Zillow and they recommended Brenda. I was a little skeptical with their recommendation but when speaking to Brenda we just knew she would be the one to help us. Her knowledge guided us in the right direction.
