Brenda Demers’ passion for real estate started early when she purchased her first home in Shrewsbury at the age of nineteen. Since then, she has built, designed and sold five homes of her own and has helped countless clients on their own real estate journeys.

Brenda has been with the Sotheby’s brand for several years and has joined Gibson Sotheby’s in 2022.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Brenda owned and operated her own photography business for eighteen years which allows her to see a client’s home in a different light. Using this expert eye, she strategically advises clients on techniques to properly prepare their home for sale. Brenda couples this preparation with exceptional marketing, staging and professional photography to bring out the best in every home and help secure the highest return for each home she represents.

A skilled communicator and negotiator, Brenda is quick to share market trends, local insights and her first-hand knowledge of the ever-changing real estate landscape. She skillfully assists a wide variety of clients in navigating the buying or selling process, ensuring smooth transactions for all parties involved.

Brenda holds certificates in RENE, SRS, ABS and is also and active member of NAR and GBAR.
