We are located just outside the Charlotte Metro area in Cabarrus, Stanly, Union and neighboring counties to the east of Charlotte. Access to the city is via I-485, Hwy 24/27, Hwy 49, Hwy 29 , I-85 & Hwy 74. We enjoy farmland, rolling hills, horse farms, cattle farms and croplands. Our small towns have local schools, grocery stores, restaurants & local shops. We do have stategically located Wal Marts and Golf Courses. :-) We have streams and creeks, lakes and to the East, we have the Uwharrie Mountains, Lake Tillery, Baden Lake and other rivers and tributaries. If you are looking for less traffic and crime, neighborhood shopping, schools and easy access to forests and fresh waterways for boating, fishing & hiking, we have it all.! I've been here a very long time. I live on a farm. I love the Real Estate business. I am enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgable in real estate transactions, as well as "country life". :-).
