I found Brenda on Yelp and chose her because of her great reviews. When I called her one afternoon wanting her move quickly in placing an offer on a home, she was busy with another client but had a can do attitude and the offer was prepared and submitted right away.

I was also needed to sell a house at the same time and she was my realtor for that transaction also. I can’t say enough positive things about Brenda to express how grateful I am that she was my realtor.

Not only was Brenda timely and responsive, she listened to every detail and followed up without any need to repeat myself. She is honest and straightforward. We sold our home when the market was tuff and Brenda was clear and honest about market conditions making sure our expectations were realistic. Even though the market was tough, our home sold fairly quickly. She is an effective negotiator and will go to bat for you to ensure you get what’s important to you. Lastly, Brenda is kind and sensitive to personal needs and is able to handle any personal matters with grace and free of judgment. Buying, selling homes, moving and going through transitions are tough, especially in current market conditions. However, with Brenda, the load was made easier. Today I consider Brenda more than my realtor but also a friend and I will refer her to anyone in need of buying and/or selling real estate.

First of all, I will forever be grateful to Brenda for helping us find our dream and first home.

Brenda is extremely responsive. I never had to follow up with her. She is always on time which shows she is considerate and respectful of our and your time. We also got to meet her daughter who is also pretty awesome. They both provided good and important feedback that we took into consideration. She pointed out things that we didn’t look at right away which is extremely important.

Buying a home is not an easy process and it’s probably the biggest and most important purchase of our lives, but Brenda made it extremely smooth.

I have talked to friends who have had other realtors and have gotten so many offers rejected and with Brenda, we were able to get an offer that we wanted accepted right away. She is very hands on which helps get a faster response from the sellers.

She was familiar with the areas and told us what areas were not safe, etc.

She also referred us to Victor and Dulce who helped us with the loan application process and they were so extremely helpful.

She is beyond wonderful and you shouldn’t look any further!

My wife and I were were looking for our first home and had NO knowledge on the buying process. We were shocked to find how pricey homes were in the San Gabriel Valley. In fact prices were higher than 2008 in some areas! We've decided on a short sale home because we're not in any hurry and we didn't have a high enough income / down pay. Brenda is an expert when it comes to short sales! She literally cut the time in HALF in getting our new home! She works with the banks, the lender, the seller, and wow she's knowledgeable and very energetic. I can't guarantee you'll get your home in less time but she makes the process easy as pie. Brenda is the most amazing person! She's very kind, energetic, hard working, honest, smart, pretty, and above all the easiest to work with! I'm very surprised that she always kept me up to date and in contact. Unlike other people that just say something and then never call back, she will call you back, despite her busy schedule, and do whatever it takes to make things happen and make everyone on both sides happy. The most amazing thing was when she offered to help with a big problem because the bank balked at paying for termite. She's up front and to the point. I don't get paid for this review.
