I have lived in Lakeland since 1982 and know the areas/neighborhoods well - as well as surrounding Polk County.
I have been selling real estate since 2006...11 years... I have experience assisting first time home buyers, downsizers, relocations, and have short sale and foreclosure experience.
Originally from Anderson, Indiana, I married Paul Gillaspy in 1979, and we moved to Florida in 1980, and to Lakeland in 1982. We have been married 37 years. I have a 2 years AS in Computer Information System Analysis from Hillsborough Community College.
I have been a realtor with Re/Max since 2006 and have earned several awards for top sales.
My background has been both computer technology and customer service, and I am a 24 year volunteer at First Baptist Church at the Mall in the Programming Technology department, running camera for the worship services and special event.
I enjoy walking, stock market, and shopping online.
