Brenda Hays

I've been a Homer, Alaska resident since 1977. I got my RE license and USCG license in 1979. I kept current with RE requirements, but went to sea as a Captain, and Mate of many vessels; commercial and sports fishing, research, tugs, hydrographic survey to name a few. I also owned my own commercial and charter fishing boats. Retiring from the ocean after 30 years, I had my RE license to fall back on. I pride my self of my designations; of Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and C2EX Commitment to Excellence. I was also President of the Kachemak Board of Realtors in2020, and have served on that board for many years. I love my job! Helping clients find their dream home, or property, has been more than rewarding for me. I love Homer, and I know exactly how folks feel when they see the first turnout at Bay Crest Hill; once you see that view, you know you are home, or want to be. Homer is growing in leaps and bounds, I have seen many changes in 40+ years here. If you are looking for knowledge and expertise, I'm your person.
